Codolo is an independent consultancy that implements ERP and CRM systems for operations teams — and stays involved long enough to see them used properly.
Most system projects do not fail on the software. They stall on unclear requirements, data that will not reconcile, integrations nobody owns, and a go-live that happens before anyone is ready. We built Codolo to work the other way round: small team, direct contact with the people doing the work, and a delivery method that forces the hard decisions early instead of at cutover.
We are deliberately platform-neutral. We are not a reseller and we do not earn licence commission, so the recommendation you get is based on your size, your industry and how much you actually want to customise — not on what we are targeted to sell this quarter.
We take on a small number of engagements at a time. That keeps the people who scoped your project in the room when it is being built, and it means support after go-live comes from someone who knows the configuration rather than a ticket queue.
Principles we do not bend on
- Standard first. We configure the platform before we extend it, and we only build custom code when the process genuinely warrants it.
- No upgrade dead-ends. Extensions are built the platform's way so you can still take vendor releases.
- Data gets a dry run. We never migrate into production without a full rehearsal and reconciliation you have reviewed.
- Every phase has an exit checklist. You sign off before we move on, so there are no surprises at go-live.
- Documentation is a deliverable, not an afterthought. Your team keeps written configuration notes, runbooks and training material.
- We hand over. The goal is a system your own people can run — with us on call, not in the driving seat.
A typical engagement
Scope varies, but the shape is consistent: a short discovery, an iterative build with regular demos, a rehearsed data migration, a planned cutover, and a support tail that steps down as the system settles.
- Discovery and fit-gap are billed as a fixed piece of work, so you can decide to proceed with a clear picture and no sunk commitment.
- The build runs in two-week iterations with a working demo at the end of each one.
- Go-live is scheduled around your close and your quiet periods, never ours.
- Hypercare is daily for the first weeks, then moves to an agreed support level.
